Gary Goldstein, LICSW is the Coordinator of Andover Counseling Center's referral programs. He specializes in individual and couple counseling for individuals with depression and stress/anxiety related issues. His approach is directed at understanding specific client concerns/needs in order to effectively help individuals work on issues identified.
Dr. Janice Goldstein, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist with over twenty-five years of professional experience. She treats children and their families as well as adults. Her specialties include: ADHD, Asperger's, Learning Disorders as well as anxiety and depression. She is the supervising coordinator of our testing and evaluation unit as well as the social skills program. Dr. Goldstein is available for consultation and advocacy around individuals with learning or school placement issues.
Kate Goldfield, M.ED., LMHC has focused her work on adolescent development and family systems therapy for the past 25 years. Having worked in high schools and now as Assistant Dean of Students at Brandeis, she specializes in transition, identity, and young women’s developmental issues as well as family therapy. Kate divides her time between Brandeis University and Andover Counseling
Rob Craig-Comin, LICSW has been practicing social work since 1979. With couples, he focuses on helping them to use better tone and pace in their interactions, leading to safe, more intimate connections. With individuals (adolescents and adult) he makes elements of relational, cognitive and psychodynamics approaches in ways which best meet each client's needs. He specialized in men' s issues, ADHD and anger management, as well as anxiety and depression.
Karen MacDonald Fehr, LICSW is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of experience in outpatient counseling settings including private practice, a family service agency and two local colleges, Northern Essex Community College and Merrimack College. Her focus is on individuals, couples, and families dealing with job stress, relationship issues, communication, depression, anxiety, family difficulties, college pressures and/or trauma. Karen uses a strength based eclectic approach empowering her clients to achieve meaningful mutual goals while solidifying potentially positive outcomes.
Lindsay Prichard, LICSW, has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of clinical settings, including schools, community mental health centers, inpatient pediatric psychiatric units and at Children's Hospital's Developmental Medicine Center helping families dealing with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental disorders. A graduate of Colby College and the University of Chicago's School of Social Service Administration, Lindsay tailors her clinical approach to a person's individual needs and goals, using a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and social learning theory. The majority of Lindsay’s clinical work has centered on people struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, and anyone trying to cope with life transitions. Lindsay approaches clients with humor, empathy, and understanding to make them feel comfortable in their therapeutic relationship. Lindsay enjoys supporting and guiding her clients as they examine their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to empower them to make positive changes and improve their sense of agency, quality of relationships, personal happiness, and overall well-being.
Lauren Miller, LICSW is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 5+ years of experience working with children and their families. She is a graduate of Simmons University. Previous experience includes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and community mental health program management . She integrates art, play, and evidence based practice into her eclectic work in order to provide client centered treatment to every individual. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, and family systems.
Allison (Alli) Cerretani, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor who has been working with children and their families for 10+ years. She received her Masters in Mental Health and School Adjustment Counseling at Cambridge College. Alli started her career in a daycare setting where her passion for working with kids grew. She has experience working with ages 4 through 18 in congregate care and school settings. Alli specializes in trauma, anxiety and depression and also has experience working with a wide array of diagnoses. She uses an empathetic and strength based approach through cognitive behavioral therapy and evidence based practices, while incorporating movement and therapeutic play.
